Website terms
The terms this website is provided on.
Last updated: 18 September 2026
This website is run by CES Plumbing & Heating. By using it, you accept the terms below. They cover the website itself; the terms for a piece of work are a separate matter, and we give you those when a job is agreed.
The information on this site
Everything written here is given in good faith and is meant to be accurate at the time we wrote it. Things change, though — what we offer, when we are available, what a job costs — so please treat what you read as a guide rather than an offer, and check anything important with us before you rely on it.
Enquiries made through this site
Sending us a message through the contact form is the start of a conversation, not a booking. Nothing is agreed until we have come back to you and confirmed it: the work, when we can do it and what it will cost. Until you have that from us, please do not treat a job as arranged.
The content of this site
The words, photographs, design and logo on this site belong to us, or are used here with permission. You are very welcome to read them, print a page for yourself and share a link with anybody you like. You may not copy the content for commercial use, or pass it off as your own, without asking us first.
Links to other websites
Where we link to another website, it is because we think it is useful. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for what is on them, and a link is not a recommendation of a company or of its work.
If the site is unavailable
We would like this website to be available all the time, but we cannot promise it. It may be down for maintenance, or because of something outside our control, and we may change or remove pages without telling you first. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for the site being unavailable, or for anything you do or do not do because of something you read here. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute about them is for the courts of England and Wales to settle.
Getting in touch about these terms
