Our services

Plumbing work of every size across Leeds — repairs, installations, blockages and leaks, done properly and cleared up after.

What we do

Everything we come out for

If what you need is not on this list, ask anyway — general plumbing covers a lot of ground.

  • Bathroom & kitchen plumbing

Baths, basins, sinks and taps plumbed in, and the pipework behind them run properly so it never has to be looked at again.

  • Blocked baths

Water standing in the bath that will not go away. We clear the waste and check what put it there in the first place.

  • Blocked sinks

Kitchen and bathroom sinks that drain slowly or not at all, running freely again — usually on the same visit.

  • Blocked toilets

A toilet that will not flush away sorted quickly and cleanly, with the cause found rather than just shifted along the pipe.

  • General plumbing

The jobs that sit on the list for months: a washing machine plumbed in, an outside tap fitted, a stop tap that will not turn.

  • Pipe fitting

Copper and plastic pipework run, altered and moved for a new kitchen, a new bathroom or an extension.

  • Plumbing repairs

Drips, weeps, burst pipes and fittings that have given up — repaired where they can be, replaced where they cannot.

  • Radiator installation

A new radiator fitted, or an extra one added to the room that has never quite warmed up.

  • Radiator repair

Cold at the top, cold at the bottom, or wet underneath — bled, balanced, flushed or repaired.

  • Radiator thermostat valve installation

Thermostatic valves fitted so every room can be set to the temperature you actually want it at.

  • Radiator thermostat valve repair

A valve stuck open, stuck shut or dripping at the head, freed off or swapped for a new one.

  • Shower installation

Showers fitted and plumbed in, with the pressure and the seals checked before we pack the van.

  • Tap repair

Dripping and stiff taps re-washered or replaced, in the kitchen, the bathroom or the garden.

  • Water leak detection

A damp patch, a rising bill or a meter that keeps ticking with everything turned off — we find where the water is getting out.

Bathrooms and kitchens

Fitted properly, and finished properly

Bathroom and kitchen work is where most of our time goes. Baths, basins, sinks, showers and taps plumbed in, wastes run so they actually drain, and the pipework behind the wall put in so that nobody has to look at it again.

We are happy working to your plan or your fitter’s, and just as happy swapping one tired old suite for a new one.

Leaks and blockages

When water goes where it should not

A burst pipe, a slow drip under the sink or a damp patch that keeps coming back all need the same thing: somebody who will find the cause rather than cover it up. We trace leaks, stop them, and put right the pipework or fitting that let go.

Blocked baths, sinks and toilets are the other half of it. We clear the blockage and work out what caused it, so you are not ringing about the same thing next month.

When water goes where it should not

How it works

What happens after you get in touch

  1. Tell us what is wrong

Describe the problem in your own words. The more you can tell us, the better we can plan for it.

  2. We agree a price

We tell you what the job is likely to take and agree a price with you before any work starts.

  3. We turn up when we said

You get a time and we keep to it. If anything changes on our side, you hear it from us first.

  4. We leave it as we found it

The job is finished, tested and tidied up, and we explain what we have done before we go.

What it will cost

Every job is different, so we would rather give you a straight answer than a made-up figure. Tell us what has gone wrong — by email or over the phone — and we will tell you what we think it will take and agree a price with you before any work starts.

If we get there and the job turns out to be bigger or smaller than it sounded, you will hear that from us before we carry on, not at the end. Our terms for a piece of work are given to you when the job is agreed.

Not sure which of those you need?

Describe it in your own words and we will work out the rest. There is no job too small, and no obligation in asking.
