Bathroom & kitchen plumbing
Baths, basins, sinks and taps plumbed in, and the pipework behind them run properly so it never has to be looked at again.

Water standing in the bath that will not go away. We clear the waste and check what put it there in the first place.

Kitchen and bathroom sinks that drain slowly or not at all, running freely again — usually on the same visit.

A toilet that will not flush away sorted quickly and cleanly, with the cause found rather than just shifted along the pipe.
